Stéfanie Lacroix
Staff Attorney, Pro Bono Program
Stéfanie Lacroix is a Staff Attorney in Immigration Equality’s Pro Bono Program.
Prior to joining Immigration Equality, Stéfanie was an associate at White & Case LLP in the commercial litigation group where she also had an extensive pro bono practice. She represented asylum seekers, drafted memorandum regarding bringing claims before the International Court of Justice, and drafted gender sensitivity training and reproductive rights training for the Center for Reproductive Rights. Before White & Case LLP, Stefanie clerked at the Supreme Court of Canada.
Stéfanie obtained her Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law and her Licentiate in Civil Law from the University of Ottawa. She is admitted to the bars of New York and Ontario and speaks fluent French and English.
