Kea Paddy

Special Events & Corporate Relations Manager

Kea Paddy (she/her) is the Special Events and Corporate Relations Manager at Immigration Equality.

In her role, Kea oversees all of Immigration Equality’s fundraising events, including the Safe Haven Awards and SHINE. She also manages the organization’s corporate relationships, including law firm sponsorships, the annual Corporate Partnership Program, and employee workplace giving.

Kea graduated from Seattle University with a degree in International Studies and Nonprofit Leadership in 2015. She then spent over two years teaching English abroad – first in South Korea, then Vietnam. Since moving to New York in 2018, she has worked in nonprofit development with a focus on special events, corporate relations, and peer-to-peer fundraising. Outside of her professional work, she is passionate about queer representation in media, travel, and theatre.
