Jeremy T. Saks is a principal in the New York office of Fish & Richardson PC, specializing in intellectual property litigation. Jeremy represents clients in patent and trade secret litigation with a focus in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, and chemical compositions. Jeremy is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry in 2011, as well as a Master’s degree in Biochemistry and his Juris Doctor from the School of Law in 2014. He is licensed to practice law in New York State and before the Southern District of New York. Jeremy chairs the GLBT Affinity Group at Fish, and established Fish’s pro bono partnership with Immigration Equality in 2016. Through this partnership, Jeremy has become an active pro bono advocate on behalf of immigration clients, representing several clients referred to Fish by Immigration Equality. A native of New York, Jeremy lives in Brooklyn, where he enjoys cycling and going out to new restaurants as a self-proclaimed foodie.
