Law and Policy
Immigration Equality and the Immigration Equality Action Fund have a robust legislative and administrative advocacy program to make lasting changes in our immigration system.
Direct Legal Services
Each year, we connect over 750 LGBTQ and HIV-positive asylum seekers with pro bono attorneys, help secure freedom for detained asylum seekers, and provide thousands more individuals with legal inquiries and referrals.
Impact Litigation
Through our impact litigation, we seek to change discriminatory policies affecting LGBTQ and HIV-positive people. Ourr aim is to get rulings that are far-reaching and improves the lives of our community on a large scale.
