Strategic Plan 2024-2026

Our 2024-2026 strategic plan outlines our commitment to five core goals that further the mission and values of Immigration Equality.

1.) Ensure nationwide access to free legal assistance for LGBTQ and HIV-positive asylum seekers in the United States.

2.) Demand the liberation of every LGBTQ and HIV-positive person from immigration detention centers, and support those who are unjustly detained.

3.) Make the immigration system in the United States fair, equitable, and more accessible to LGBTQ and HIV-positive immigrations.

4.) Secure pathways to safety for LGBTQ and HIV-positive refugees.

5.) Institutionalize a diversity, equity, and inclusion approach to work and culture at Immigration equality.
