These visas are available to survivors of severe trafficking of persons inside or into the United States, such as sex trafficking, involuntary servitude, and slavery. Survivors must also agree to assist in investigating such trafficking (or who are under 15 years old) and must demonstrate that they would suffer extreme hardship if they were removed from the United States.
