Nikala Pieroni

Individual & Institutional Giving Manager

Nikala Pieroni is the Individual and Institutional Giving Manager for Immigration Equality. In her role, Nikala stewards our individual contributors, manages all institutional relationships and applications, and works closely with our Development, Communications, and Associate Board to build a robust community of support for the organization.

Prior to joining Immigration Equality, Nikala was the Development and Communications Manager for ZUMIX, a Greater Boston youth development arts nonprofit. Nikala received an undergraduate degree in International Development and Social Change, and a graduate degree in Professional Communications, both from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts. Her work prior includes roles at her University’s Community Engagement Office, the Refugee and Immigrant Assistance Center of Worcester, and Sister Namibia, a Namibian feminist publication.

Nikala loves development because it harnesses her creativity and love of people to advocate for causes that she cares about. She is especially excited to be part of the Immigration Equality team.
