Leone Kraus

Leone Kraus works in Business & Sales Operations for the U.S. subsidiary of Microsoft. For over fifteen years, Leone has served in various marketing, account execution, sales support, fundraising and business development roles. She’s worked with Fortune 100 clients including Target, Avery Dennison, HBO, and Bank of America, as well as numerous foundations and nonprofits such as the REI Foundation, Malaria No More, and Freedom to Marry. Leone has been an active volunteer for the LGBTQ community for organizations such as Empire State Pride Agenda and Lesbians Who Tech. Leone earned her MS in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from New York University. In 2012, her final capstone, Social Media Ethics and the LGBT Community, was published by Harvard’s LGBTQ Policy Journal; she has spoken on panels and managed a blog for years on the topic.

Outside of work, Leone is a co-parent to two amazing kiddos. Together they enjoy hiking, camping, urban farming, bubbles and board games.
