REAL ID tale of woe

Filed under: Uncategorized — adamf @ 1:16 pm

A great example of how the REAL ID Act impacts many outside of it’s stated intentions and how database errors, even benign, will punish many and make life truly miserable.  Hat tip Chris Crain and Andoni.

  1. The big problem with this act is that its supposed to be an answer to documenting the undocumented immigrant. The problem with that is that only a US citizen can get a Real ID. The Real ID Act provides no documentation for immigrants.
