We gave up. Due to health issues my partner of twelve years went home to Europe on 7 Jan 2010. After 15 years here, she was forced to leave.
How do I follow? We have a house together, animals, raised a child. Cars, job we shared. And for what? I am a US Veteran and my parnter wasn’t a legal citizen. The worst part is I’ve never asked my government for anything that it has ever given me. Not so the other way around.
