Randy Feuerstein

Randy Feuerstein is the chief legal officer for CIT Group’s Transportation Finance segment. Before joining CIT in 1998, Randy served as counsel for IBM Credit Corporation, where her practice included equipment leasing and asset-based lending. A graduate of Bryn Mawr College and the Rutgers School of Law (Newark), she started her legal career at the law firm of Shearman & Sterling in New York. She is a periodic speaker at industry conferences in aviation finance. Randy lives in New York City with her partner, Laura Goldstein. When she’s not working, she can frequently be found cooking, biking, hiking, horseback riding, at the theater or the opera. Although she works in aviation finance, she hates to fly.
